 Listening to that bafoon ramble on endlessly  about "inner ki" and "the power from the sun" is interseting?  
Kai acts as if he were a deity living on earth with the secrets of life all figured out, oh brother. Next, kai will be talking to animals and grapefruits.  The only thing kai knows is how to fuck old man butts.

yeah sometimes he used to ramble a lil long bc hes always lookin for the right to use instead of just talkin... can be annoying but it beats hearin guys talk about weighin their food or yawnin in the gym after a set of 10 of talkin about cars etc....
if u can bear thru kai interviews he does say some cool stuff re training theory and bb'n in genral...

i think he has a better grip psychologically on bb'n than any other bb'r out there right now besides jay prob...
how many other ppl dedicate that much intensity to hams glutes calves etc..,, usually guys thro them in at the end of quads and let the sauce do the rest...

i respect his thinking toward bb'n more so than any other pro out there now... also think he'll be the next mr o after jay,,, either him or vic before ph gets it.
