when lacking in ability /calories or confidence....this is when you have a beer for that jumpstart for your working out

preferably one with natural ingredients that have passed the german purity law

try a st. pauli girl beer for its purityr, when nothing else is given u a spike , drink one 150 calorie beer and you will easily be able to do 100 pushups. most 150 calorie foods will not make u feel like doing this



i dont understand why dont more beer makers have hot chicks on there bottles and better names for there beers. look how pretty this girl is, imagine if they drew in the hips and ass too on the bottle  :o

beer gets you way more ripped than a 600 calorie burger that would take 2 hours to burn off. also food is good as fuck but it doesnt give u that quick buzzing energy like a beer with low calories. beer has a longer lasting effect on consciousness then a fucking burger

a burger may provide a shitload of protien but its near impossible to assimilate all those calories unless your killin yourself in the gym only to be more hungeryer . much better to have more beers
