Phil Heath 2012 vs 2013
« on: October 21, 2013, 08:26:30 PM »
basically Phil has not improved since 2012

as i said before, his physique has maxed out and he will no longer improve because he cannot up the doses anymore

mark my words, next year his physique starts to deteriorate

he is no dexter jackson, who has been slowly adding quality muscle for many years

if some techno wiz cam put up pics to compare you will see what im talking about

Phil is NOT competing with last years version of himself. He's competing with his competition. Phil hasn't regressed which is more important. Kai looked better last year and he still managed to place 2nd again. All Phil needs to do is show up in shape and there isn't a person he's competing with that will beat him.

2012 was his peak. This year was worse and it'll continue downhill.

phil was a little off from 2012,and didn't make any improvements, kai was way off, from 2012,because of water retention, but you could see the improvements as far as a thicker upper back and traps, aeras where phil beat him the tear before when they both were in top condition.kai just has to be dry and you will see his improvements.

Actually I think his best show was the 2010 Arnold Classic. ??? Never matched that level of size and conditioning again.

a lot of pros' heads grow a great deal during their first 3-4 years as a pro.  that GH makes everything grow, nobody is denying that.
