Kids Told to Shout Obscenities in 'Swearing Lesson'

A British school was blasted Friday after kids as young as 11 were told to shout obscenities during a lesson in swearing.

Expletives like the f-word and c-word were written on a blackboard before a teacher explained their meaning to 30 seventh graders.

S.t Laurence School in Bradford on Avon, Wilts, claims it was part of a sex and relationship education program to "dispel" the myths of swear words.

But parents say they were not consulted by head James Colquhoun about the class and say kids were left "deeply upset."

One parent said: "This is a total disgrace. Our children go to school to gain an education, not qualifications in swear words. Most kids had no idea what the words meant and were forced to grow up faster than their parents want. Heads should roll for this."

Some pupils claim the teacher told them not to tell parents about the lesson.

Deputy head Richard Clutterbuck said Friday night: "This lesson should not have focused on the slang terms. I must apologize for any distress caused."

Wilts County Council said it is the governors’ responsibility to decide specifics of sex education lessons.

In February The Sun reported on 10-year-olds at a church primary school who were told to write the crudest words they knew to "analyze bullying insults."

Once a society is demoralized, dumbed down, poorly educated (deliberately) they are more easily lead. It is no coincidence that education is failing world wide. THe same public schools that educated doctors, scientist, lawyers, engineers etc etc is all of a sudden so incompetent that it can not educate a person to the simple task of basic reading, writing and arithmetic. While education is being destroyed at the same time the military is growing (nothing like a dumb soldier to follow commands and never give thought to whether or not what (s)he is doing is right (same goes for cops). Add in a deliberate orchestrated downfall of worlds economies and you have a recepie for the populace world wide to go begging to their newly arranged NWO governments to help them survive. At that moment comes the Quid Pro Quo where government will offer assistance at a grave price: loss of rights, loss of freedoms, loss of property, loss of possessions etc etc...people will lose all but their very lives. The draconian world of George Orwell 1984 and Aldus Huxleys Brave new World will be coming to a country near everyone soon...

You never fail to amaze HH6 in your ability to NOT UNDERSTAND OR COMPREHEND things. Why not try asking for further explanation, if you don't understand something or if something seems to be what it is not. When I said dumb soldier (and cop) I meant a person deliberately UNDER-educated so as NOT to respond in the normal fashion (which is what the military and police force want). These poorly educated soldiers don't question or ask they just perform and therefore are considered 'perfect soldiers' or pefect candidated for soldiers.

You are equating intelligence with functions...believeing that somehow becasue you took a first aid course and can bandage a hand, head or leg that somehow makes you more intelligent than anyone else... Is a truck driver more intelligent than a car driver because he can go through the 18 truck gears without a flinch while the car driver depends on the automatic transmissions???   I have taken three levels of calculus and differential equations and would NEVER stand before someone and try to belittle or berate them becasue I feel somehow knowing this level of math makes me more intelligent than they. Intelligence is NOT defined by vicious acts of destruction and violence or some skill that can be learned by anyone, but rather how well information and knowledge can be put to GOOD USE.

Your comments on this board ALWAYS revolve around killing, murdering, violence, war, armaments, destruction etc etc....never are your comments regarding a humanitarian concern with society/world. You have been mis-educated to think that everything can be had by war/killing, by disregarding the needs of people and nations, by stealing/taking regardless of cost, effect or repercussion. You definitely fit the description of a DEMORALIZED PERSON as I described in this thread, and it has been achieved in the same way these children are being forced to scream anathamas/profane comments in school. Slowly but surely the profane words lose their effect and the children loses the inhibitions to use them...you have lost the concern/care for human life and therefore take it or are not disturbed at all when it is taken....that is until you arrive back in your american hospitals and medical systems and they toss you around like a bag of dirt giving no regard to your illnesses/health...then all of a sudden you become concerned about people not having compassion for YOU...maybe first you should have shown it to others...

Exactly.  It is technical education.  There is no questioning premises and/or attempting to have original thought.  And Public Education, which was recognized by the founders as education for the poor (giving them something for free, which is better than nothing) is now the standard for the majority of Americans. 

Ego and pride (I think) is what keeps HH6 from asking himself some of these questions.  I think he is scared to death of realizing that the values he holds in his heart and is willing to die for are non existent in the top ranks of the military machine and government (regardless of political party - he is still white knuckling the Republican party holding on for dear life).  It sucks to realize that you are being used like a tool to destroy the very thing you thought you were protecting - especially when there is death involved.

Another reason why we have such a strong influence from the church.  Don't worry about thinking, God has a plan - just be his sheep, pray and wait for him to tell you what to do.  The fact that Adam and Eve were kicked out of Eden for seeking knowledge is why I call bullshit on taking anything from the bible at face value.
