not much of a supplement guy.but I have a can of animal stack.claims to be a test optimizer,gh booster,dht blocker(don't know what dht even is),liver detox.anyone tried this stuff?I usually just take a protein,creatine shake.

yea the reason I ask is I took the animal M-stak a year ago and I think it actually worked.my lifts went up and I just felt strong.thing is the M stak is for hard gainers and I'm not one.was probably 230lbs or so when I did it.anyways a friend of mine just opened a supplement store and gave me this animal test stak to try so what the hell.
