There is a ringer at the front desk where you enter that would ring if you go though it unless they scan your card
they just sit there all the time telling stories and not doing anything, with an occasional walk around to change the cleaning towels lol

I did for a while. Thankless job. Cleaning smelly bathrooms, racking weight nerds don't put back and guarding the door between injections.

I think i saw dave, sf, QQ, or whatever he's new gimmick is called now, at the gym today.

lol today i was walking into the lockerroom and this late 30s, early 40s fat fuck was slowly coming out taking 3/4 of the hall space playing with his ipod. I had my earbuds on but my iphone off. I said excuse me, then fatty look up noticed that i have my earbuds on and said, under up breath, "excuse you too." I give him the getbig stare and say, "What you say?". LOL he looked scare shitless and almost ran away. :D

+1  I used to work at one back in college.  It was funny to see kids come in and make a down payment, workout then ask for their money back.  Douchebags.  The beginning of every semester was our busy time.... A motherfuggers gotta get swole. 

For the most part it was a cool ass job.  The desk guy is like a bartender, everyone feels compelled to tell you their life stories.  Gyms are a crossroads.  You meet all sorts of people.

            i wanted to sell memberships but they wanted me to sell personal training. i didn't believe in it. anyone should pretty much know what to do after a few sessions, you don't need  a long term commitment.
