I want to bump this thread, because this is excellent equipment for those who actually workout-the ab board for example, costs over 1,100 and is used in many gyms. Same thing for the stairmaster. The plates are the same brand Coleman uses in his home gym. ;D

The Bowflex is USELESS for building muscle period , name one national or professional who built his physique with a BowFlex

Perhaps you should focus more on cleaning your filthy ass apartment rather than working out having spastic attacks on the bowflex.

It was a long time ago. The pic was a chubby white guy wearing, I believe, a light blue polo shirt standing outside near a body of water and some buildings behind him. It was stated that it was indeed pumpster.

It was posted way back in the day. I actually thought you may have had the pic, ND.
