My sisters 'manager' brought her some 5 lb weights and a print out of some exercises she wanted her to try out.

5 lb dumbbells? 35 lb dumbbells would be more like it, manager must be a tinytit...

This one guy used to bring in a gyro ball to work his wrists. The fucking thing sounded like a drill being used and was so freaking loud. He claimed to HR that it was for ergonomics, but his manager made him stop because the noise was too loud

i can see it all now he rolled up his sleeves showing his 12'' guns and showed her how to do curls all while he was planning how to get into her pants

We had a guy at work who brought in creatine powder in a ziplock bag. The fucking thing looked like a bag of coke and he almost got into trouble.
