His videos on his site are so clear and concise everyone should watch them.
His take on college costs and home prices alone is extremely enlightening and truthful.
Go listen to his interview I think it was March 23, 2009 or something. He talks about college costs and home prices and makes more sense than anyone else you will hear in the media.
