tony, if you bothered to watch the whwole thing you would have noticed that these DHS agents already knew who this guy was and that he is an American. So what was the purpose of detaining him and asking him over and over again if he is an American citizen? They said, 'we are looking for illegals.". Well, go to the fucking border and catch the ones that are attempting to cross.

This was clearly harrassment by some  who think they can do whatever they want. The law also states that there must be a reason/suspicion for pulling someone over as was also stated in the video. If you can provide evidence to the contrary please let us know.

I personaly dont feel combfortable knowing I can be pulled over with zero explanation as to why I was singled out. If the police pull you over, they normally tell you why. Would you agree with being detained for no reason or explanation? What differnece does it make that he's being detained in his car or in the back of a cruiser when he didn't give them a reason to be stopped in the first place? Same shit.

those are not the vids I was thinking of.  They were not of the masked man. If I remember right those were posted later in the thread I was thinking of or in a thread a little after.  I'm usually able to remember and search a thread pretty fast on something that was said but I'm not recalling good on this one.  I did think that the border checkpoint vid bindare just posted was pretty darn good.

I actually watched up to that point, and that was the second agent that came up not the first.

its not that im not addressing everything it just that i think thats the first thing that needs to be addressed is all. If they are constitutionally illegal then there no need to continue its wrong, if they are allowed under the law then when going through a check point you need to comply
