"Bioidentical" is an HRT doctor's buzzword. Mine said the same thing. It's just testosterone, probably (and hopefully) esterified.
Bioidentical hormones are generally compounded hormones that are in the same form as what is found naturally within the body. They aren't esterfied, is pure testosterone or estrogen or progesterone with a carrier that allows transdermal absorption. Theres alot of medical controversy about "bioidentical" hormones now days because of the Wiley Protocol.
