I met Craig Titus's lawyer yesterday.

Mark Saggase, and it looks like he's gonna handle my personal injury
against the cops.  Very nice guy and competent, I didn't know he did personal injury
cases.  After I get all my Medical Records together, I'll go back and see what we can
do.  Can't hold anything against him for takin the Titus case, he actually got
them a good deal.  Seems like a total pro.

Maybe he can arrange for you to be cell mates with Titus.

didn't he lose the titus case?

And if I remember right, Titus pleaded guilty before the trial began. Maybe because he had full confidence in his lawyer's abilities.

No charge, %30 of what I get which is standard.
Titus Plea bargained, and anyway, it was smart on
his part, at least he has a chance of getting out in 20yrs,
Kelly will be out in 3.
