Yeah, I hear ya. But fat people are absolutely clueless. So they buy the shit, thinking it will work. Then you have those before and after ads.....and they really think that happens.
As long as there are clueless and lazy folks, there will be a market for "fat burners" and "ab Gadgets". Yesterday, while doing my cardio, one of the TV's at the gym had one of those Ab Gadgets infomercials. You should have seem the other couple folks there (doing cardio at the same time) with their eyes glued to TV. I bet they went home and bought one.
All the while, I'm shaking my head.....gee, what a sucker I am, doing this shit, when I could have just bought one of those things and looked like a model.
lmao
every time i see someone doing situps i just shake my head
it's funny that people actually buy those "ab gadgets" hahaha
they have no idea what makes them fat and how to lose it, teachers in school always complaining about how
their stressful job releases "cortisol" and everything "spills" LMAO!
they know about cortisol and have no clue about weightloss
then there is people who "hate excersie"
but always complain about how awful they look, LMAO, maybe if you put some effort you wouldn't look
like a sack of french fries grease
then there are those who are "too busy"
not busy enough to skip watching 30 hours of football a week but busy enough to skip 1 hour at the gym
and others who want "the easy way out"
"10 minute trainer" "5 minute blaster" blah blah
typical people, always trying to take the easy way out, well, the next time you see that obese classmate who eats 2 large bags or doritos and 2 liters of chocolate milk for lunch, then hops into his momma's car and sparks fly out the side he is sitting on that there actually isn't an easy way out... just alot of hard work.
