I have discovered that itīs better to train Grip 2-3 times a week not more ..otherwise i lose grip strength with daily training.
itīs like weight training Daily exercise will give initially fast results but then you have to rest .. so where am i now?
will get the next gripper but i have to say my left hand has struggled & although iīm right handed iīm a bit surprised as i had a prolapsed disc about 9 years ago which hit my right triceps & hand. Iīm stronger now in my right hand & pressing movements.
