click additional options and then click browse and upload the pic, it will automatically fit the page, don't worry.

You will probally need to re-size most pics.  Max size is 300 KB for 4 pics total per post.  The sytem will reject pic files larger than that.

I like to use the Win XP power toys resizer.  If you are using Win XP you will like this app. very simple. Image resizer is what you want.
