Hey guys and girls, hows everyone doing?
Iv been away for ages....my Rugby team was doing really well in both league and cup, and i decided to do some more sports specific training and explosve work on programme called Crossfit....Was good, dropped a couple pounds but was kicking ass on the field.
Im back on the bulk train, but kinda been thrown a curve ball already....damaged a disc in my lower back so im not sure the powerlifting routine Wicked gave me ages ago can work. Like i said im back on the bulking up train....so gotta decide between a more bodybuilding routine like DC, or a routine like the one he gave me. I wont be deadlifting for quite a while, or heavy back squatting. Il be able to high rep squat+im gonna sk physio if i can start back to front squats in week or 2.
Hope to hear back form you, gotta check in with all your logs in next day or 2, and see how you've all been kicking ass, and are even more rediculously bigger and stronger than you were before.
