The poor dad.  He's writhing on the floor and the douche cop isn't doing his job, plus his daughter gets more interested in suing than in getting him help.  Double-whammy!

Most cops couldn't care if you live or die.  They work for the government, not the citizen.

Who here has called the cops, and waited HOURS for them to show up?
