i have been using it off and on, great way to get a extra pump and stretch the fascia little more, than the water you drink in between is suppose to help too, i like it but the same time, hard training will work just as good

Whatever training regime you might be trying, just make sure you watch your shirt size and carb intake. Dangerous stuff.

Just do something different than what the current training fad is, and then put a fancy name to it....boom you've got yourself a "revolutionary" new way to train.
When Arnie trained, it was "high volume." Then it became "blood volume training" when Titus talked of it, and now it's FS-T7.....

...point being, it's all in a name!

From Hany Rambod's - one of his training techniques...

Yes, everyone has their own techniques that look alike, but this is his...

2. Stretch: v. stretched, stretch·ing, stretch·es  To lengthen, widen, or enlarge
3. Training :the process of bringing a person to an agreed standard of proficiency by practice and instruction

Again, sounds all scientific and all....

but in the end you're still lifting a weight from Point A to Point B. Aside from various factors like TUT, angle of the exercise (this is highly debated), or your supplement status...training has not evolved too much in the past 10-20yrs or even more.
Throw a fancy name on it, a scientific explanation, and whatever...
