What little change in training or diet..

did you make to overcome a dead point?
for me its weighted dips for triceps, i never did them with weight.

just started doing barbell presses behind the neck again after heavy front presses, love 'em.

For me it's just going back to the basics for higher reps for a while.

I dedicated one whole training session to triceps and one to biceps,instead of doing them together
I also split back into width-tues and thickness-fri
