EATING WHEN HUNGRY

I´VE HAD QUITE A BIT OF PEOPLE PM ME ABOUT THIS. HERE´S THE DEAL.

1. FIND THE FOODS THAT YOUR BODY IS USED TO(BASED GENERALLY ON HOW YOU WERE BROUGHT UP, CULTURE, ETC.) AND STICK TO THOSE FOODS.

2. FIND FOODS THAT YOUR BODY DOES NOT LIKE AS IN FILLS YOU UP FAST, GASSY, BLOATED...AVOID THOSE.

3. FIND A MACRO LEVEL THAT IS BASED OFF OF 1 & 2.

4. KEEP STARCHES WHEN YOUR BODY CRAVES THEM. YOU GET HUNGER SIGNALS, THEN CARB CRAVINGS. HUNGER IS NORMAL HUNGER, CARB CRAVING YOULL SEE THE DIFFERENCE AFTER A GOOD 40 MINUTE WORKOUT AND SOME CARDIO AFTER, THE NEXT 2-3 HOURS YOUR HUNGER CALLS WILL BE DIFFERENT THOSE ARE CARB CRAVINGS. STARCHES THEN AND ONLY THEN. AND PICK STARCHES THAT SUIT YOU. SOME PEOPLE ITS WHITE POTATOES, SOME PEOPLE ITS RICE, SOME PEOPLE ITS YAMS, SOME EVEN BANANAS.

5. SET THE MACRO LEVEL OF CARBS AT OTHER POINTS OF THE DAY WITH FRUITS, THEY DONT FILL YOU UP. THATS WHAT MAKES YOU HUNGER. NO BANANAS, THATS A STARCH. GOOD CHOICES OF FRUIT ARE PINEAPPLE, MANGO, PAPAYA, GRAPEFRUIT, KIWI, AMONG OTHERS. FIND THE MACRO LEVEL AND TYPE OF FATS THAT ALLOW YOU EAT SOONER AGAIN.

THE BASIS IS WHY EAT ONCE EVERY 3 HOURS, IF YOU CAN EAT TWICE...AND ACTUALLY CRAVE THE FOOD? NOT FORCE FEED. RATHER THAN HAVING 6OZ CHICKEN, 6OZ POTATOES, AND 1OZ ALMONDS AT 12, 3, 6, AND 9. TRY PERHAPS A 40 PRO, 20 CARB, 20 FAT MIX AND SEE IF YOU CAN PULL IN 5 MEALS IN THAT SAME TIME FRAME. WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU GROW QUICKEST?

good stuff...one thing I can say for sure, it is very difficult to put on size without carbs. I learned the hard way...
