Headaches????

So I started my first (in 10yrs) cycle this week. 500mg wk Sus (250 pin Mon / Thurs), 30mg dBol ed split into every 3 hrs (5mg pinks).

I am 4 days in and have had a BAD headache since yesterday..nothing will help (asprin, Ibru's, Tylen ect..) Calories are in check (4000 per day), almost 2 gallons H2O ed and I'm getting 7-9hrs sleep.

What could it be? dBol too high?

Nothing in you're cycle is "too high" except maybe that your bloodpressure could be. Check you're BP and if it's fine then that headache might just be from all of that androgen's suddenly coming into your system. But, I'd be willing to bet it's your bloodpressure that's the problem. All athletes no matter what sport should allways know their BP, in fact every person should. Friends mom had it "a little high, she went to bed and never woke up), she was 43. If it's high drop the dianabol or add in some dandelion root for the bloat. Nolvadex will help too with the possible estrogen sides.

Blood pressure is usually low..but as of yesterday it's in the "normal" range. I don't feel / look bloated just yet either. Thanks for the imput though bro, I appreciate an honest answer.

Any other suggestions guys?

very true with the BP but also the dbols have been known to cause headachs try just 20mgs for awhile and see if that the deal... also hypertention will give you a bad headache

Hmmm...so maybe I need a good massage huh? My vision gets a little funny at times but only for a split second..kinda like when you stand up too fast from the couch.

You mean you get light headed or your vision itself gets blurry?

Also, are you eating enough?  If I don't eat enough I sometimes get headaches when on cycle.  That's especially true when taking T3 and (or) Clen.

My vision seems...altered..but only when I look around, not staring at my screen. Like a delay when your high or drunk but only a little. My calories are spot on.

I went and had my BP done at my doc's just now though and it was 140 / 80...meaning it was high.

What is the lowest, effective dose of dBol one can take? 20mg ed? 10mg ed?

Or should I stop all together? I'm hoping some of the old school guys will chime in.

140/80 is considered borderline that is what i have and it stays like that all the time

140/80 is OK. Absolutely normal.
 
I think that it's just the dianabol that does not agree with you, change that to turinabol and you should be fine.

I'm on 20 mg per day and loving it, but i think i'm a hyper responder.
If you can't get turinabol, try to get winstrol or anavar...

true you might be like me the dbol is uncomfortable but anadrol is great some folks are like that next time try a50

i get head aches from d bol too. You could lower the dose to 20 mg and if that doesn't help than just quit taking it and try something else just like others have stated.

Ok so I played around with it and found that it seems to not be the actual drug or the dosage...it's was the timing. Instead of taking it every 3 hrs, I've been taking it every 4 hrs and the headaches are gone.
