to me i find it most logical to choose the foods with highest antioxidants from fat and fruit sources and of course a complete protien like yeast and milk
avacado= fat to increase absorbtion rates of vitamins and minerals up to 4 times there amount=fact
=in conjuction with potent fruit like grapefruit it has show to increase the antioxidant absorption rate
wouldnt be most logical to 'test' a diet like this with high consumption of these?
right now i am trying up to 6-7 avacados a day mixed with icecream, or avacado topped on pizza, and even macaroni and cheese to test my recovery ability from workouts not
that worried about fat gain....
i am wanting to boost my daily workouts and add a good 5-10 sets of volume on my already high volume workouts around 30 sets.
we've all tested high protien diets and they work to a point but then the body just gets overly gassy from too much protien and seemingly then so it seems something isnt right..
