The attitude's essentially defeatist, with the stock rationale for the bad attitude being supposed "realism" that no one else sees. I feel sorry for victims like this who sabatage themselves, time for a therapist to escape it.

Get in the gym and STFU.

Bad attitude; you don't need great genetics to have a great physique. Best thing is the right attitude, which you sabatage.

Remedy: therapy or the inexpensive route-get serious n the gym and stop analyzing.

At the end of the day, despite all that is said on getbig, I still hit the gym 3 times a week, do my workout, get my protein in and work pretty hard at it. Right now, trying to get cut and eventually I will. I think I will look pretty decent once I get to 10% or 9%...
