What agenda? I don't sell anything. I just post my opinion based on my experience and on scientific studies. If your experience is different, or you can provide opposing scientific evidence, fine. If you think I have no clue about nutrition, just ignore my posts, others might come to a different conclusion. It wasn't me who started this here BTW, I just asked you what your goals are.

Both is absolutely correct, I never changed my statements. I was called out on not eating just one meal a day since the protein shake would have to be counted as several small protein meals, which I agreed upon. Please show me one single post where I was inconsistent or where you can prove that I lied about anything.

I never claimed that I only eat ice cream and doghnuts. I don't know what Olive Garden is and I never used the term.

I got in the condition displayed in my pics using the diet I have posted multiple times: One big solid meal a day (in a restaurant) plus a 100g protein shake during the day. Additionally, one day a week (Sunday) is cheat day. As I said before, I can provide a complete food log for 2009. I can also provide photos of the meals on weekends.
