I beleive it takes a certain personality type that doesnt mind eating alot and training hard

but takes an even more rare personality type to do the above but with raw fats mixed with dirty meals like avacado on buiscuits

right now im eating just high calories as neeeded but the thing i do different now than anyother time is just simply adding much more raw fats mainly only avacado to everything to pizza, garlic bread and macaroin, seems avacado is a good nutrient partioner and helps de-acidify normally acidic meals making the nutrients more available
