save money if u which to do so,aakg powder 9.00 u.s dollars by olympia labs,20.00 if u wish optimium nutrition creat,taurine,glut mix,mix together and add caffeine if u want.way cheaper.

I've tried it.  Its ok but nothing better about this NO supplement than many of the other ones on the market.

With all due respect, these supplements have been on the market for years.  I have yet to hear of anyone having a heart attack from the combo.

ive used the combos for years. I'm over 240lbs most the year and have never felt anything but fucking  great on the combo!

I'm sure others would be interested in knowing, also alot of lifters probably use some sort pre-workout drinks which usually contain the two. Jag would be helping out more then just me PMing
