depends on how much gear you want to use if your wanting to actualy gain muscle and loose weight... much easier just to do one thing or the other, try and keep what youve got and loose the blubber...
the thing is, you fellas at above 15% will be shocked when you diet down, when you find you dont have half the muscle u actualy think you have..and its a sad realisation, which will have you screaming youve lost muscle.
