Diet and abs...
« on: June 28, 2009, 12:09:21 PM »
Hey Gang,

Been on the TNT Diet now for approx. 5-weeks...Plan A (high protien-low carb).  Here's my question.  I am seeing some good definition in most all of the parts of my body except my abs and sides.  What can I do to burn this "stomach" that I have acquired?  I am going to implement ab workouts this week 2-3x.  Should I just stay on the "cutting" part of this diet or what?  HELP??!! >:(

these are usually the last areas for men to lose fat when dieting.  If you continue to diet you will eventually lose fat in this area.
