Your thyroid output returns to normal after 3 days of cessation.
I did fasting cardio for a while and lost too much lean mass and not enough body fat.
Is t4 totally useless?

im planning but first want to get into better shape and get my bf% down into the early teens... im planning on doing this with ECA and morning cardio... i dont want to be doing Tabata while on ECA
