Agree that they are in two very different leagues - just wanted to say that it's not a mainstream movie. I suppose Baise Moi would have been a bit more appropriate to use than "I spit on your grave".
Baise Moi was quite full on, but there is a scene is Maitresse that made this pale in comparison.
