i have been using my shoulders and ass cheaks. they both are getting tired. is their any other places thats easier? please help lol

nooby.................... inject calfs, ass, outer quads upper quads the quad head near your knee, bi's inner head outer head, pecs thats about all the places you can reach by yourself ....... with help you can inject lats, traps, tris

calves are awesome, and easy, quads hurt like a bitch for like 2-3 days after

I'd go bicep, calves, and pectoral if you have the mass/skill.

I did quads couples of times but it hurted me so bad. Now I do pec 1cc in each. biceps 0.5cc or 1cc in each. I'm gonna try calves this week

My girl help me to reach back, traps, triceps.

You can inject almost everywhere you have good muscle. They are a good web site with picture about injection spot oterwise go google or youtube.

Hips take 3cc like a champ.

Very large and you can inject several places to prevent scar tissue build up.

pre contest id put them anywhere that didnt hurt, ed shots knock the fuck out of you after a few weeks,,,,

rear delts is a great shot also, triceps ( if there meaty )... could never get away with quad shots, felt like youve been stabbed, end up limping all week, still used to do them from time to time when everything else was too sore

best tip for sight injections is to shoot that muscle after youve trained it, as it may be too sore to use next day or two...

try using a smaller guage? oils will pass through a 25 easily, even a 27. just use an 18 gauge sucker and switch pins. as far as length many places carry odd gauges/length online. like 25g-1.5, 27-1.25

Seriously... I have tried almost every muscle, For me I can say there was no point at all in injecting spots unless my normal spot had to many pins. For me.. and just for me, spot injections did nothing for muscle growth, when it is injected it is in your system...period. The only thing your gonna get for sure is scar tissue. Delts is easy and simple, glutes are a given and can take for a while, quads are for some people and even then sometimes painful. Just hit glutes and delts in my opinion, if you wanna chase other muscles go for it. No point unless your running prop for ever

QFT......all you dudes who think you are real smart and exotic injecting in small muscle groups better take heed........about 8 years ago, i put a simple EQ/test shot into the my delt and felt a sharp sting.......a few days later my front delt dissappeared........like when you lift your arm and your front delt pops up......mine would not......turns out the shot damaged the nerve in my shoulder......for months i had no front delt on my left side......it was very scary............it eventually returned thank god

stick with the basics, site enhancement is a myth anyway.......if site enhancement really worked wouldnt it stand to reason that all juicers would be walking around with huge asses??

stick to the big muscles where there is lots of meat......i.e., the quads and glutes

of course it did, the medial deltoid is the proper place for an injection.

I've stopped doing glute's years ago, hate the way it feels... only do delts, quads, rear delts (by friends) tri's and ocassionally bi's (only my doctor does my bi's) haven't tried calves or chest, fuck that shit.

actualy chest is very very easy and not painful at all.

I know it seems weird to inject in pecs but it's the easier spot for me.

it was put in the medial deltoid......somehow the nerve to the front deltoid was affected. there are nerves that snake all around every muscle

Yes, chest is very easy. Just flex it first by bringing that side's arm toward the other shoulder.

The doctor is not just a doctor but also a personal friend of mine....he doesn't do this for all his patients, just me... he give's me bi and rear delt shots because I cant reach those areas.
