  There is some angry disscusion on other boards that they are one and the same. Labs claims otherwise.  It's my understanding that they are just going to cover the outstanding orders (some from as far back as last Nov.), and then will be done for good. Shame really, some good deals if they could make it fly...

Labs themselves have NO outstanding orders.

Performance owes people for finished products and raws when they were attempting to set up shop in France last August-October.  Nian was allowing them to fill some of the raw material orders so they could get funds up to complete more stock in the finished goods.

Yes and no.

Nian Labs has always been direct from China.  Raws only.

Performance originally started out in China and then was turned over domestically to an individual in the US, shit happened with that guy (depending on which version you believe), then operations was taken over by a different set of individuals in France where initially the finished product was shipped out fast as hell until they ran out of stock.  So they started taking orders on raws as well (with Nians consent) while stock was being created.  They fell behind here and then earlier this year, the Performance was once again moved by to China.  Where the bullshit followed them and Nian severed ties.

maybe i should pick a random website thats sells stuff online and just claim they have every order sent. how the fuck do i know? how do you know? you dont.
