Diets been around 100- 150 grams of protien, typical bodybuilder fare, just trying to keep my portions smaller and fiber sky high. That, i think has been the biggest help in all this. Just take several servings of metamucil a day, keeps me full and adds bulk. I really do believe thats what has kept me losing wieght. I try not to get caught up in the whole "OH MY GOD I HAVENT GOTEN MY 217 GRAMS PROTIEN, SHIT I ATE AN ORANGE" bullshit. By the way im 32, 5 foot 7 short as shit, so 200 was really big for me.
