Aleksander Emelianenko (15-3) wants to fight in the UFC:

PRO MMA: Aleks, if possible would you like to fight in the UFC? What do you think of their heavyweight fighters and champion Brock Lesnar?

AE: "Yes I want to. I like their fight organization level, it is very high. There is just one thing about Brock Lesnar, I will beat him."

PRO MMA: If the UFC came to Russia, would you like to fight for them?

AE: "Of course I would."

I believe that's why he was pulled from the Affliction card in CA. So it's not the UFC, it's the whole US with a sanctioned body

If he does have hepatitis he is screwed, no one will fight him anywhere for risk of infection.
