Release Titus already!!

I watched an old "48 Hours Mystery" of the Titus trial and it seems like they really piled on this guy and threw the book at him.

He's been serving his time, he admitted he was a part of the death, let him out in a year or two.

He's admitted they were using drugs so he clearly wasn't in his normal state of mind.

No one here has ever done something regrettable when under the influence of drugs or alcohol?
