1. deadlifts for back aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaahahahhaha

2. heavy squats

3. eat big and lift big

4. free weigths are better than machines

5. shrugs

( any rowing for the back is more than 50 % traps, any side laterals are 50 % traps, tc )
6. heavier weigths will make u bigger

7.benching heavy for a big chest ( I'm the no 1 posterchild for this)
