yeah i agree... the days where you would fight with your fist, and after the fight you'd just go home like nothing has happened is long gone...with easy access to guns nowadays, everyone's ego is alot bigger...

How many fights have i been involved being a bouncer? over the years maybe 500-600 ( sometimes patrons vs. bouncers, sometimes patrons vs. patrons, but when you try to break it up they turn against you )... seen it all, guys with their arms broken, legs broken, jaws broken, eyes bashed out (later went blind), some guy got his upper right ear torn off ( i'll never forget handing the EMT guy a cup full of ice with the guy's ear in it and saying " here ya go" lol)..i've seen stabbing ( fatal and non fatal ( later pronounced dead, not at the scene)), shooting, gang fights, cat fights, chicks hiting eachother with their heels, guys fighting with mini baseball bats, machete... blah blah blah
the one thing i learned? ITS NOT FUCKING WORTH IT...
Unless someone disses my girl or my family, its not fucking worth it.. You just never know how the other person handles it... its a terrible feeling walking and having to constanly look over your shoulder...
