well your not used to the stimulents so 2marrow take 1/2 bronkaid and only 100mg caffine and drink plenty of water you have to get used to ehedrine the first few weeks of it will feel uncomfortable but once you get used to it youll feel fine and start to burn

ok so its been a few hours (3 or so) the dizzyness subsided, slight pressure headache, but the biggest irritation I have now is a tightness in my lungs. Anyone ever experience this before?

I hate stimulant base fat burners for this exact reason.

Your body will probably adjust to it over time.

your body will adjust to it, and once this happens, its time to take a break.  :D

Omg 4th is back, glad to see u around bro!

Tbombz/4th yeah I've laid off of it for now, odd thing is I only took it hear and there on training days (it wasnt a consistent schedule), a total of 7 pills were taken. I guess I am just sensitive to a whole pill at once, maybe go down to half?

The dizzyness lasted a few hours, but the chest tighness, blockage, dryness (felt same in my nasal passages too) lasted a couple of days.

i didnt mean to take a break because it gave you side effects, i was sayig that if you continued to take it, eventually yourd adjust and you wouldnt get side effects anymore. at that point (when you stopped getting sides), then it would be time to take a break from the ephedrine (or increase the doseage).

What is your blood pressure?
Are your sinuses congested?
Does it feel like your ears want to pop but won't?
High blood pressure can make you dizzy.
Pressure in your ears can make you dizzy.

i dont own a BP monitor, prob a good idea to get one.
As far as the ears, nope no popping feeling.
I wouldnt be surprised if it was high BP though that caused it.
Prior to the ECA i didnt have any congestion nasal or in my lungs. Im recovered now but was a little concerning when I had a closed nasal pasage and lungs felt like I was having a harder time to breathing

if your that sensitive to it you should and insist on takin it again..cut down the dose and work your way up to a higher dose slowly
