I'm 44 years old now and i swear to god I am stronger now than at any point in my life.

I can curl 70 lb dumbels with very good form for reps.

I benched 315 for 10 clean reps on the incline last night, shocked the shit out of myself.

In the last month and a half i have gone from 242 to 250 lbs. and i look better.

My question is I stopped doing coke and pills about a year ago and i swear every month, i feel stronger . The first 6 months or so i just felt okay...but lately it's like i am just progressively feeling stronger and better in a profound way.

I was using drugs my whole life and since i have stopped It's amazing the progress i have made. Do you think that the drugs were PHYSICALLY affecting me that profoundly and do you know any other guys who kicked drugs and just blew up? Or is it the fact that now that i'm NEVER hung over and always get a killer workout in, my body is responding.

well i do them first in my chest routine, if that makes it easier for you.

I'm very strong at shoulder and incline pressing, just the way i'm built. I'm thick as shit across the top

Drugs kill your hormone levels any which way you put it unless you're using androgens/AAS.

He had (still has to some degree) an awesome physique and on top of that he is actually the smartest bodybuilder ever, and i don't think that there'll be any smarter ones. I mean tom prince has an english literature degree, lee labrada is a civil engineer and arnold studied economics but this guy is in a higher league...

How tall are you? You must be about 6'5" to be natural according to gh15s numbers... so I guess his answer won't be too positive...

Btw: good upper body! that's exactly what I'm aiming for...
