but she needed the calories to maintain that weight. Over the long period of time she had to eat enough calories to make her that heavy. How quickly she could burn these calories are up to genetics, not the possibility of whether or not calories could be burned.
This chick is always starving, and I mean, sometimes she doesn't eat breakfast, lunch or dinner, sometimes not eating at all the whole day. As I said, money issues come into play, so bad decisions on food choices---fast food. And she can cook too, very well. Over the yrs I have seen her progressively get bigger from a "thick gal" to a "big gal". I think, sodium has a alot to so with it, also soda as well as her lack of consistent eating habits, as well as lack of cardio. Her genes call for her to be big, her father was 6'4 and Shaq like. When I met her she was "solid" like a freakin Oak desk. I have people like that in my family.
We used to go running (I would run, she would walk) on a track a few yrs ago. She couldn't understand why I could run rings around her. I told her that I was carrying A LOT less weight than her.
after that ,I'd go eat some chicken breasts, broccoli, a few bake potatoes, and she'd eat a salad. And some tuna. I then would eat a tuna fish sandwich, then eggsalad sandwich, etc, etc. sometimes a whole frakin pizza. Meanwhile, all she had was that salad. Did she go pig out afterwards, no I doubt it, because her pantry was bare. If she had kids, they would have starved.
I would consistently outeat her. It's not even funny, like I was a fat man in skinny person's body.
