lol..now i concentrate on form...

i didnt see a skull crusher..i saw high, close grip benches. No wonder he could do 275.

im convinced most BB pros are complete morons.

which shits me to tears as its about building muscle, not how to take loads of gear on the limit of death and weight train to see what happens.

Shittiest form in the game, Even light weight he cant perform a decent rep, heres the way to do them

thats a close grip bench!!!

not even close to a Skull Crusher.... do you know why they are called skull crushers?

there's a hint in the name..

do you see any chance of that happening here?

Branch's form is better then it may seem. He is keeping continuous tension on the muscle, and the explosive positive is preceded by a decent negative. His range of motion is also decent.

Not the best form, but again...better then it looks.

looks more like close grip presses to the nose than scullcrushers.

this is how to do then:

see Kevin 1:25

yep. exactly.

it takes 2 oily dudes in spandex to set the thread "straight".

nothing to do with it. the argument here is that he's calling them skull crushers and he isnt doing skull crushers- at all.

whether he is keeping tension on the muscle etc is irrelevant.. he might as well be doing bicep curls by your argument..keeping tension, explosive positive and decent negative....

tension, positive and negative arent even form aspects.

form is about positioning the levers and pivots and the weight in the right plane at the right time.

Exactly, we don't need trainers, gym rats, prep gurus, scientists, schmoes, judges, forums and other media telling us what to do.
