And although not conducive for everyone when cutting
(depending on your diet), I much prefer the tuna packed in oil - much more palatable.
For even the disciplined trainers who never quite get over the initial hump of dry, bland, shitty tasting food, you can always shovel in a mouthful of tuna
(or dry-ass grilled chicken), chew a few times, and just wash it down with a big swig of water.
Sometimes it’s the only way.
