I used to watch him train chris cook. Bscly it consisted of him sitting around talking to a bunch of guys (probably prospective suckers////erm clients?) cook would be leg pressing wearing pink and yellow spandex. Then after a few minutes the two of em would dissappear into the bathroom and 30 minutes later cook would come out covered in welts on his arms and shoulders. He'd then grimace through some hammer curls and go home with his raspy voiced girlfriend. I don't wonder why he failed as a pro haha. Rambod is more a drug guru than anything. His training is awful.
