I got palpitations yesterday for a few seconds when I first laid down in bed flat on my back.  I sat back up and they went away.

WTF?  ???

orthostatic (positional) hypo/hypertension

usually its not a big deal
often occurs when you are calorie-deficient
or
hypovolemic (low fluids/blood fluid volume)

if it persists, you may want to have a physical

I get that everytime you post a "would you hit it" thread  :D

But if it persists better to get it checked to be on the safe side.  :)

That can bring on a panic attack for sure if you keep thinking you are having a heart attack.

Well done! You are one step closer to death and liberation from this spinning ball of hate where there's no parole, no great escape!
