since 2 months i don't cause they already fit to my upperbody,but i do jog etc
Still I wouldn't quit completely, cause I'm highly convinced that the heavy Basic exercises for legs (Squats, Front squats, stiff legged Deads) are not just highly beneficial for you legs but for your whole body.
As a natural you shouldn't have troubles with greater dysbalances anyway, can't imagine that without the sauce one bodypart can grow so outta control that he wouldn't match the rest anymore.
But I guess you know what you're doing, you're in the game for a while yourself stud.
