that a pm workout will be the only one you dosee i know im best when i have 3 breif workouts a day that are fairly intenseas of right now just been getting one 30 min b-ball session in where im sprinting as hard as i can to make my heart have an attack at around 7pm. i also would like to workout again at 9 or 10 but usually not always forget to do it before its too late and im too sleepyi find myself wasting time on getbig in the am but i know deep down i have to influence/help others in the am. perhaps i just need to be more stealth and still do 3 workouts in a day
