  • What you!
Seems to me that Bob Chick is somewhat smug and cavalier about his noble position as appointed pro athletes rep. The reason I say this is because Ben Weider established guide lines for how IFBB officials behave in public. Bob is part of the IFBB officials and thus, should wear the official blue blazer and tie of the IFBB.

We can accept that humble Bob needs to earn a living so can be on the radio talking about the bodybuilders he is representing. He can Emcee the Olympia because he takes care of all the concerns the guys have in the pro athletes meeting. We have never had such a hard working guy on behalf of all bodybuilders. However, we have to draw the line somewhere because Bob is intoxicated with power and posts on Getbig and elsewhere putting other champions down.

We cannot accept that he can dress up in the latest show business attire at the Mr Olympia. This is going too far and someone had better clip his ego before his head gets too big.

Bob should wear the blue blazer and tie out of respect for Ben Weider.

I'll never forget when someone said that Chick looked like Cap'n Crunch in that jacket.  So fucking funny.

Looks like the Promoter spent more money on those guys trophies than the competitors.

You know you have arrived in the IFBB when you receive one of their awards. Congratulations to Bob. He must be the epitome of deserving recipients of the prestigious IFBB reward.

Bob was no longer satisfied with pirate shirts...  he had to go for the full pirate captain's jacket!

In defence of Bob, maybe the IFBB doesn't have blue blazers in his size? If so, at the very least he should wear the company official tie.
