OP says that they don't know how to dress and from the above pictures I'd have to agree if they had any intent to dress to impress ....
But that usually only happens on special occasions, and even then they don't know how to dress themselves because the studios or the agencies pay high fashion and expensive fashion experts to dress then from toe to head and then shoot their picture and send them out to impress the masses
And even then .... some fuck it up!
One high fashion and beauty expert took 6 hours to get a family member ready for the Academy Award presentation and none of us even recognized her when the limo arrived to carry her and her retinue to the LA LA Land presentation.
Hollywood is all smoke and mirrors .... but one hell of a lot of fun if you can see it with a smile on your face and just a small amount of jealousy.
