Like the President of the US, there are many people that still refer to themselves as "Mr. Olympia." He's not telegraphing how he
will win, but how he
has won.
I think Arnold is the only person that no longer refers to himself as Mr O, since he's gone on to greater success in his life. But during his reign, he was always announced as "the one and the only, Arnold!" Contrast that, as Nasser is the only person that has never won, yet walks around claiming he has won the event...."Hi, my name is Nasser UsedTo BeSomebody...I won the Olympia unofficially 3 times.
