He posts tons of advice on working out, and yet he looks as though the only exercise he gets is melting down on getbig. Ron doesn't owe any of us shit. Guy is fucking legend who lets us piss all over his board and funds it. We drived the pros away and still he defend us.

Pumpy - yea, he's a bit out of shape but the guy knows his shit. Most sport science experts they don't look like athletes. Pumpy is getting ripped up and cut and will no doubt come back with kick ass pics of a superb physique. Also, his woman is way hotter than most of ours.
